Yes, if you want to install from a floppy or CD, just copy the SniperSpy Mac installer package file to a floppy or CD and take it to the computer in which you need to monitor. Then run the installer from the floppy or CD.

After you have installed SniperSpy Mac on the target Mac, you should login to your online Viewer panel using your username and password to view data recorded by SniperSpy Mac.
Why did my logs stop updating?
The first thing to try is to login to your SniperSpy Mac account, then click the LOGOUT link. This will cause your logs to start uploading again in ten minutes in case you forgot to click LOGOUT the last time you used the Live Control Panel. Please remember you should always click the logout link when you are finished or the logs will pause uploading.
If you have already done this, and your logs have stopped for less than 48 hours then its too soon to know whether you need to re-install. The computer could simply be turned off or not connected to the internet right now.
If you can, have the remote user reboot the computer this may help. A reboot will allow the software to upload logs after a successful internet connection. All pending logs will upload at that time and be viewable in your SniperSpy account.
If two days pass and no logs are uploaded, then you should re-install SniperSpy onto the target computer. Please make sure you are using the latest version of SniperSpy Mac. If you need the latest version then please see the Upgrade Center.
