How do I order the software online?
After you have decided to purchase, go to the secure Purchase page. Click the Add to Cart button and then click Checkout. Follow the screens and enter the requested information to purchase online. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. Payments are not available for PayPal for subscription products. After your order completes you will immediately receive an email containing a link to download your software and instructions for installation/usage.

 

What charge will show on my card?
The charge for any software on our site will appear as "FastSpring" or "FSPRG"

 

Do you take orders by phone or mail?
We currently accept orders online only. To order SniperSpy online go to the Purchase page.

 

What is your privacy policy?
It is company policy that our customer databases remain confidential and private. We have not, will not, and won't ever sell names to "spammers" or other parties who would like to use our databases to advertise or solicit their products or services. Our products do not collect any information from your phone other than the information required for the products' successful operation.

 

Do you provide technical support?
Yes. After your purchase you will receive a premium software product with step-by-step instructions, updates and technical support for as long as you are subscribed. In the rare case of a problem, our support team will give you step-by-step instructions to correct your issue. Support Options

 

How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your automatic billing subscription, just contact us online to let us know you wish to cancel. Your subscription will be canceled at that point and no further billing will ensue. Also, your SniperSpy account will be disabled at that time from further use. It is recommended once you cancel your subscription to remove SniperSpy from all devices associated with your account.

 

Do you provide software updates?
Yes. As long as you are a SniperSpy subscriber you will receive the latest upgrades to the software free of charge.

Does SniperSpy work on my Internet connection?
SniperSpy works on ANY Internet connection. It doesn't matter if you have a high-speed connection or a 56k connection.

 
What versions of Windows is SniperSpy compatible with?
SniperSpy works on any version of Windows including Windows XP, 2000, Vista and Windows 7 and 8.
 

Can anyone view my child's computer activities besides me?
No. Nobody else can access your online control panel or the local interface without your password.

 

Will my child or employee know that SniperSpy is installed?
Yes. Your child or employee is notified. The application will show a password-protected app icon on the desktop, and a notification about the computer being monitored will display every time the computer starts Windows or Mac.

 

Can I install SniperSpy from a floppy or CD-ROM?
Yes, if you want to install from a floppy or CD, just download the app installer from the your online control panel. Then copy the app installer file to a floppy or CD and take it to the computer in which you own and have proper consent to monitor. Then run the app installer file from the floppy or CD.

 

How can I stop SniperSpy from running on my child's computer?
To uninstall SniperSpy from your computer, simply login to your online control panel, click My Computer from the top menu, and click the Uninstall icon next to the computer that you want to remove the software. SniperSpy will be removed from the computer within thirty minutes.

If you have access to your monitored computer then you can remove the software by using the local interface. Open the SniperSpy App icon and enter your email address and password. Then, once the configuration interface appears, click the Security tab, and click the Uninstall button.

There is also a manual uninstall process available. For security purposes, a link to the Manual Uninstall process is sent with your purchase email receipt.

 

How do I view my child's computer activities?
After SniperSpy is installed onto the computer that you own and have proper consent to monitor, you should login to your online control panel using your username and password.

 

Why is my username and password not being accepted?
Be sure that you are typing your username and password in EXACTLY as indicated when you setup your account. Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive.

 

How do I retrieve a lost password?
To retrieve your online control panel password, click the lost password link from the login page to have it sent to your email address.

 

How do I change my SniperSpy password?
To change your SniperSpy password, first login to your account. Then click the "Change Password" link on the left side menu. Enter your current password and the new password twice to confirm.

 

How can I upgrade to the latest version?
