| 1. How do I order monitoring software online? After you have decided which monitoring software product you want to purchase, go to the purchasing page. Follow the screens and enter the requested information to purchase online. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club and American Express credit cards for online purchases. We also accept PayPal payments by selecting PayPal as the payment method on non-subscription order pages. After your order completes you will immediately receive an email containing a link to download your software and full instructions. |
| 2. What charge will show on my card? The charge for any software on our site will appear on your credit card or PayPal account as "RETINA-X STUDIOS." |
| 3. How secure is the order process? All order pages use the latest certified secure technology to ensure 100% secure and confidential buying. |
| 4. Do you take orders by phone or mail? We currently accept orders online or by mail only. To order a product online go to the Purchase page. To order any of our titles by mail, go to the Purchase by Mail page. |
| 5. What is your privacy policy? It is company policy that our customer databases remain confidential and private. We have not, will not, and won't ever sell names to "spammers" or other parties who would like to use our databases to advertise or solicit their products or services. Retina-X Studios products do not collect any information from your system other than the information required for the products' successful operation. We also will not contact you in any way unless you request assistance. |
| 6. Do you provide technical support? Yes. After your purchase you will receive a premium software product with step-by-step instructions, updates for life and technical support for life. In the extremely rare case of a problem, our support team will give you step-by-step instructions to correct your issue. 100% Guaranteed. We offer phone support, online support, and online documentation with knowledge. |
| 7. Do you offer products on CD-ROM? Due to the many upates we do to our software to keep it on top of the industry, we do not currently provide products on CD-ROM. All orders are for Instant Download only. However, you may create your own CD-ROM of your download for backup purposes. |
| 8. Do you provide software updates? Yes. When you purchase any Retina-X Studios, LLC product, you will receive free minor software updates until the next major version is released, which typically happens once per year. At that time you can upgrade to a future version for a substantially reduced price. For subscription products, all updates and upgrades are included in the price of the subscription. |
