PhoneSheriff is compatible with the 5 major operating systems for today's smartphones: BlackBerry, Android, iPhone, Windows Mobile 6.x, and Symbian OS 9.x. This page is a partial list of phones that are compatible with PhoneSheriff.
 

Many carriers re-brand phones using their own name. For example: the T-Mobile MyTouch 3G is the same device as the HTC Hero. Both are compatible, despite having different names.

When looking at the images below in consideration of having a smartphone that will be compatible with the PhoneSheriff software, please be aware that compatiblity means not only the Make / Model of the phone, but also the Firmware / Operating System Version that is running on the phone. All compatible operating system versions are listed below in their appropriate sections.

 

AT&T NOTICE: If your carrier is AT&T, it is a possibility that AT&T may have restricted the device from downloading and installing third-party applications, such as PhoneSheriff. It is recommended to check with your carrier first to determine if this limitation is on your device prior to purchasing the PhoneSheriff software..


VERIZON NOTICE: If your carrier is Verizon, you MUST currently subscribe to their GPS services so that the GPS tracking feature of PhoneSheriff will function properly. If you do not subscribe to their GPS services, PhoneSheriff will NOT be able to monitor the GPS locations of the monitored device.
 
   Android Devices
PhoneSheriff for Android includes the ability to monitor text messages, calls, internet activity and GPS locations. PhoneSheriff can also implement filters, such as blocked phone numbers, time restrictions, and whitelists. It is currently compatible with most Android devices running compatible versionsof the Android OS.

Additional Requirements
The phone must have an Internet connection so the PhoneSheriff software can upload logs to your account. No computer is needed to install the Android software.
   BlackBerry Devices
PhoneSheriff is compatible with most BlackBerry smartphones running compatible versions of the BlackBerry operating system, including the models shown below. This BlackBerry child monitoring software requires an Internet connection to upload logs.
 

Unlike competitors, there is no computer needed to install the software!
