How do I order Net Orbit Supervision Software online?
Purchasing online allows you to instantly download after the process is complete. To do so, go to the secure order page. Follow the screens and enter the requested information. After your order completes you will immediately receive an email containing a link to download your software and instructions for installation/usage.

It is company policy that our customer databases remain confidential and private. We have not, will not, and won't ever sell names to "spammers" or other parties who would like to use our databases to advertise or solicit their products or services. Our products do not collect any information from your system other than the information required for the products' successful operation. Common Technical Support Questions

Which versions of Windows is Net Orbit compatible with?
The program is compatible with any 433mhz or greater PC running Windows Vista, 7, 8, 8.1 or 10.
Which versions of Mac is Net Orbit compatible with?
The program is compatible with any Mac running Mac OS X v10.6 to OS X v10.11.
Which versions of Android is Net Orbit compatible with?
The Net Orbit app is compatible with smartphones and tablets running Android 2.3 and above.

  Does Net Orbit work on my network type?
Net Orbit relies on each individual computer’s connection to the Internet so LAN can be used but is not required.
  Does Net Orbit need to be installed onto every computer in my network?
It is not required to install the software on all computers in your network. The Client Application is installed to each computer you want to monitor. The other non-monitored computers in your network do not interact with Net Orbit in any way.
  Are my other software programs compatible with this software?
No matter which firewall software you use, it will not be a problem with Net Orbit. If it blocks the connection we can guide you through creating an exclusion in your firewall which will allow it to go through.

Will users know they are being monitored by the program?
Yes. There is a password-protected icon that appears for the client application that is installed onto the monitored computer.


What user sees:


  Does the software show in Add/Remove Programs list?
No, the client application does not show in the Add/Remove Programs list. It must be uninstalled manually by the admin using the instructions in the order email.
  How does the installation process work?

First, sign up for an account and login to your Online Control Panel to download the application. Then install this application onto each computer that you have proper consent to monitor.
